2 slices of thick toast 50g granulated sugar
Vanilla essence to taste Maple syrup to taste 3 eggs 500cc milk
30g unsalted butter
Your favorite fruit, as needed
<How to make>
(1) Place the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a whisk.
(2) Add granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla extract and mix well.
(3) Place the toast on a tray and pour the liquid from step 2 evenly over it. Leave it to soak for about 15 minutes to let the liquid soak in.
(4) Place unsalted butter in a ductile pan and heat to melt the butter.
(5) Place the toast from step 3 into the bread pan and toast over medium to low heat until golden brown on both sides.
(6) Add your favorite cut fruits.
