    <How to make>

    (1) Add olive oil to a ductile pan and heat it, then add the crushed garlic.
    (2) Cut the onion and potato into 5mm pieces and the spinach into 3cm pieces.
    (3) Add the onion, potato, and spinach to a ductile pan and fry, then remove to a bowl.
    (4) In a separate bowl, add the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and cream, mix well, and then add the sautéed vegetables.
    (5) Season with salt, then heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a ductile pan and pour in the egg mixture.
    (6) Heat the mixture while stirring thoroughly with chopsticks. When the mixture starts to jiggly, turn the heat to low and continue to heat slowly.
    (7) Once the bottom is browned, place a flat plate over the frying pan, then invert it and place the other side back into the ductile pan.
    (8) Cook thoroughly from both sides, then remove from heat and let cool before slicing and it's done!
