(Extra virgin olive oil or pure olive oil)

・One slice of garlic

1 chili pepper (or red pepper)

・Shrimp, as much as you like

<How to make> Use a shallow Dutch oven

  1. Add olive oil to a dutch oven and add the sliced ​​garlic.
  2. Cook over low heat, and when the garlic starts to pop, add the chili pepper cut into quarters.
  3. When the garlic has turned golden brown, add the shrimp, sprinkle lightly with salt and mix well.
  4. Cook the shrimp while turning them over, and when they are cooked, turn off the heat, add salt to taste, and sprinkle with parsley or other sprinkles to finish.
