Thank you for your continued support.
At this time of year, apples are often bought or received.
It's delicious as is, but it tastes even better when cooked in a rock iron cookware.
This time, we will introduce Tarte Tatin, which is baked on a fish grill.
All you need is a shallow Dutch oven. It's easy and only requires four ingredients.
<material>
・1 apple ・30g sugar
・10g butter (unsalted)
・1 sheet of frozen pie dough
<How to make>
Use a ductile pan 22 and a shallow Dutch oven.
1. Peel the apple and cut it into 16 pieces.
2. Melt the sugar and butter in a ductile pan.
3. Once everything has melted, add the apples and cook until cooked through.
4. Once soft, place a sheet of parchment paper in a shallow Dutch oven and arrange the apples on top.
Note: Place it on a baking sheet to let it sit overnight. Placing it directly on the surface may cause rust.
5. Place on the grill and cook for about 7 minutes over medium heat.
6. Remove the pastry from the oven and shape it to fit the shape of the Dutch oven. Poke a few holes in it with a fork and place it on top of the apples.
7. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, then over low heat for 5 minutes until golden brown .
Note: Heat according to your grill settings and keep an eye on it. If the pie crust rises too much, it will burn, so be careful.
8. Let cool, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
9. Remove the parchment paper from the oven, invert it onto a plate, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and it's done!
It's also delicious with toppings such as fresh cream and vanilla ice cream. Please give it a try.
