The weather is starting to look like it's going to be the rainy season. Let's eat curry and get through the hot weather!
Today, I would like to introduce you to the recipe for "Seasonal Vegetable Dry Curry."
<material>
100g ground beef, 2 eggplants, half an onion
1/2 tomato, parsley, garlic
1 piece of ginger Olive oil to taste Salt and pepper to taste
Curry powder (as needed) 100cc water
Consomme, ketchup, sauce (as needed)
How to make dry curry using seasonal vegetables
Use Ductile Pan 22 .
1. Finely chop the onion and parsley, and roughly chop the eggplant and tomato.
2. Add olive oil to a ductile pan, fry the garlic and ginger, and then fry the minced meat and onion.
3. Add the eggplant, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until soft.
4. Add curry powder and stir fry, then add water, consomme, ketchup and sauce and stir fry.
5. Finally, add seasoning (curry powder, salt)
6. Top with chopped tomatoes and parsley and you're done!
Feel free to add spices to your liking.
We also recommend making a soft-boiled egg and putting it on top!
