How to make juicy grilled chicken

Chicken Grill Recipe and Ingredients

<Ingredients>
800g chicken thighs
Salt and pepper to taste 80cc sake
Mirin 80cc
Soy sauce 80cc
Grated ginger to taste Grated garlic to taste 2 tablespoons honey
Fresh salad (as needed) Lemon (as needed)
<How to make>
(1) Pierce the chicken thighs all over with a fork.
(2) Add all ingredients except fresh salad to a container and mix well.
(3) Marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce and leave for about an hour.
(4) Place the chicken thighs skin side down in a ductile pan and grill over medium to low heat for about 15 minutes.
(5) Once the skin is browned, flip the chicken thighs over and grill for an additional 10 minutes.
(6) Garnish with fresh salad and sliced lemon and it's done!
