Ingredients and how to make paella
Used rock ironware: Ductile Pan 26
<Ingredients>
2 cups of rice, 1/2 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 can of tomatoes, 150g clams
10 shrimp 150g chicken
Parsley to taste Salt and pepper to taste 350ml water
50ml white wine
1 chicken consommé Appropriate amount of saffron
<How to make>
(1) Soak the clams in salt water to remove sand.
(2) Finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the pepper into strips, and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
(3) Mix water, white wine, chicken consomme, and saffron.
(4) In a ductile pan with a small amount of salad oil, fry the onion and garlic, then fry the peppers and chicken.
(5) Add the rice and stir fry until it becomes transparent.
(6) Add the mixed ingredients (3) and canned tomatoes and mix well.
(7) Add the clams and heat until boiling.
(8) Cover and simmer on low heat for about 12 to 15 minutes.
(9) Open the lid, smooth the surface, and steam for about 12 to 15 minutes.
(10) Garnish with chopped lemon and sprinkle parsley over the dish and it's done!
