Ingredients (serves 4)
・200g pork shabu-shabu
・1/2 lettuce・1/2 broccoli・1 red pepper・1/4 pumpkin・Salt to taste
How to make it
(1) Peel off the lettuce leaves one by one. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Cut the red pepper into long, irregular pieces. Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin and cut it into thin wedges.
(2) Put water in a pot, place a steamer tray on top, and bring the water to a boil. Place the lettuce on top, then arrange the pork, broccoli, red pepper, and pumpkin in a colorful arrangement.
(3) Sprinkle salt all over, close the lid and steam for about 15 minutes.
(4) Insert a skewer into the pumpkin and broccoli stems to check if they are cooked through. Then it's done!
