Used rock ironware: Ductile pot
Ingredients (Serves 4)
・1 onion ・70g peeled shrimp
・1/2 pack of radish sprouts ・2 tablespoons of plain flour
・Oil (appropriate amount) ・(Batter) 80g plain flour
・(Battered) 1 egg ・(Battered) 120cc of cold water
<How to make>
(1) Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them lightly. Add the cold water and mix, then add the flour and mix until about 1/3 of the flour remains.
(2) Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Wipe off the moisture from the peeled shrimp. Cut off the roots of the radish sprouts and cut them into thirds.
(3) Combine all the ingredients together, add 2 tablespoons of plain flour and lightly coat, then mix in the batter from (1) and coat.
(4) Heat oil in a pot to 180°C. Scoop up small pieces of the seeds with a spoon, add them to the oil, and deep fry until crispy.
