Summer vegetable dry curry made with Ductile Pan 22 | A delicious rice dish

Ingredients and recipe for summer vegetable dry curry

<Ingredients>
・100g minced meat
・2 eggplants ・Half an onion ・1/2 a tomato
・Parsley (as needed) ・1/2 garlic
・1 piece of ginger ・Olive oil (as needed) ・Salt and pepper (as needed) ・Curry powder (as needed) ・100cc water
・Consommé, ketchup, sauce (as needed)


<How to make>

  1. Finely chop the onion and parsley, and roughly chop the eggplant and tomato.

  2. Add olive oil to a ductile pan, fry the garlic and ginger, then fry the minced meat and onion.

  3. Add the eggplant, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until softened.

  4. Add curry powder and stir fry, then add water, consomme, ketchup and sauce and stir fry.

  5. Finally, add curry powder and salt to taste.

  6. Top with chopped tomatoes and parsley and it's done!

One thing to note about this recipe is that curry powder tends to leave a slight odor, so be sure to wash your frying pan more thoroughly than usual.
