[Perfect for the outdoors!] Dutch oven grill made with a ductile pot
In this article, we will introduce a Dutch oven grill with plenty of vegetables made in a ductile pot! This is a perfect recipe for the outdoors (※).
This recipe uses charcoal.
Ingredients and How to Make a Dutch Oven Grill
Used rock ironware: Ductile pot 20
(The larger size Ductile Pot 22 is also fine.)
Ingredients (Serves 4)
・8 small potatoes
・1 carrot
・1 zucchini
・10 sausages
・5 sprigs of rosemary
・2 tablespoons olive oil
・1/2 teaspoon salt
・A little black pepper
Although it is not included as an ingredient, please bring charcoal.
How to make it
(1) Wash the potatoes with a scrubbing brush, remove the sprouts, and cut them in half or into quarters.
(2) Peel the carrots and cut them along with the zucchini into 2 cm slices or half moons.
(3) Heat olive oil in a ductile pot.
(4) Add all ingredients and mix until combined with olive oil.
(5) Close the lid and place it on the campfire. Place hot charcoal on top of the lid and cook for 30 minutes and it's done!
