Ajillo is a simple yet gorgeous dish that can be used as a party dish or as a snack. The leftover ingredients and oil can be soaked in a baguette, or you can add pasta and boil it for a quick oil pasta dish. Enjoy it to the fullest.
<material>
・Olive oil - about 1/5 to 1/4 of the container
(Extra virgin olive oil or pure olive oil)
・One slice of garlic
・1 chili pepper (or red pepper)
・Shrimp, as much as you like
・Salt (to taste)
<How to make> Use a shallow Dutch oven
- Add olive oil to a dutch oven and add the sliced garlic.
- Cook over low heat, and when the garlic starts to pop, add the chili pepper cut into quarters.
- When the garlic has turned golden brown, add the shrimp, sprinkle lightly with salt and mix well.
- Cook the shrimp while turning them over, and when they are cooked, turn off the heat, add salt to taste, and sprinkle with parsley or other sprinkles to finish.
