Stir-fried cabbage and glass noodles

 

Materials

・Cabbage... 1/2 head

・Vermicelli …50g (dry)

・Eggs…2

・Stir-frying oil…1 tablespoon

・Additional oil…2 tablespoons

[Seasoning]: Soy sauce...1 teaspoon

Oil…1 tbsp

[Seasoning]: Ginger...1 piece

Garlic...1 piece

White onion...5cm

Fresh chili peppers...appropriate amount (a few or as desired)

[Seasoning]: Soy sauce... appropriate amount (1 tablespoon or more to taste)

Sugar…1 teaspoon

  Salt…a pinch

  Water…1 tablespoon

 

Procedure

1) Prepare the ingredients

- Soak the vermicelli according to the instructions on the package, drain well and then place in a bowl, add the [seasoning] and mix well.

-Crack the eggs into another bowl, add a little salt (not included in the recipe) and beat well.

・Cut the cabbage into thin strips 1 cm wide.

- Thinly slice the ginger and garlic, and thinly slice the white onion and fresh chili pepper diagonally.

・Combine all the seasonings and mix well.

2) Fry the eggs.

- Heat a wok over high heat, add the stir-fry oil, and then pour in the eggs.

Fry gently to avoid browning, then remove from the frying pan.

3) Stir-fry the cabbage.

Add more oil to the pot, add the condiments to bring out the aroma, and then add the cabbage.

-Stir-fry until the cabbage is slightly softened.

4) Finishing

- Turn the heat to medium, add the vermicelli and [seasonings], and stir-fry until completely colored.

Add the eggs back in and stir fry.
