Bacon and eggs made with homemade bacon

This time, the recipe uses a Ductile Pan 22 anda Dutch oven .

We would like to introduce you to our bacon eggs made with our own homemade bacon.

This is the perfect breakfast dish, where you can cut your homemade bacon to your desired thickness and serve it on one plate with a fried egg.

Ingredients for Bacon and Eggs

・1 kg pork belly

・A water 2 kg

・A salt 110g

・A Brown sugar       110g

・A Garlic slices 20g

・2 sheets of A bay leaf

・A Black pepper 5 g

 ・Eggs (as needed)

・Asparagus (appropriate amount)

 How to make bacon and eggs

1. Combine ingredients A in a ductile pan No. 22 and bring to a boil then allow to cool.

2. Marinate the pork belly in 1 for 3 days.

3. Remove from liquid and wipe dry thoroughly.

4. Hot smoke in a Dutch oven.

5. Slice the above 4 and bake in a ductile pan. Top with boiled asparagus and add an egg and bake.
