Piping hot hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce

This time we will introduce "Easy! Hot Hamburger Steak with Demi-Glace Sauce" using Ductile Pan 18 .

How to make it

1. Preheat the ductile pan 18 over medium heat.

2. After about 40 seconds, when a thin layer of white smoke starts to rise, reduce the heat to very low and add 2 teaspoons of oil and mix well.

3. Put the hamburger steak in, make a depression in the center, and cook for 4 minutes.

4. Flip and cook for about 3 minutes.
