Hamburg steak for adults in a ductile pan
This time it's a recipe using a Ductile Pan 22 .
We would like to introduce you to a juicy adult hamburger steak that is a little different thanks to the addition of offal.
This recipe can be used as both a side dish or a snack.
It's made entirely from dakupan, so it's great to make outdoors too.
Of course, if you leave out the offal it will become the best hamburger steak, so children and those who don't like offal should definitely try it.
Ingredients for Adult Hamburger
Calculations are based on one 22cm ductile pan.
・350g minced beef and pork
4 g salt
・30 g fresh breadcrumbs
・45g whole eggs
・120g onion
・5 g garlic
・A little black pepper
・Beef offal 100g
How to make an adult hamburger
1. Finely chop the onion. Add a small amount of oil to a 22 cm ductile pan and fry the finely chopped onion until it becomes transparent. Transfer to a tray or other container to cool.
2. Mix step 1, salt, breadcrumbs, and whole egg in a bowl.
3. Combine the ground beef and pork and ingredients 2 in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cool for a while to firm up the pate.
*If you add finely chopped boiled beef offal to this, it turns into a "motsu burger" that goes great with beer.
4 Once cooled, form it into a single lump and flatten it to fit the base of a 22 cm ductile pan.
5. Heat a 22 cm ductile pan, spread a thin layer of oil on it and let it soak in. Add 4 and cook slowly over low heat. Turn it over halfway through cooking, add a small amount of water, cover with aluminum foil or something similar and steam-cook slowly. When whitish meat juice comes out from the surface, it's done.
6. Place mozzarella cheese on top of the grilled hamburger steak and serve with tomato sauce.
~Ingredients~
・30g olive oil
・5 g garlic
Onion 50 g
・Canned chopped tomatoes 400g
・A little salt
~How to make~
1. Add olive oil and garlic to a pot and heat over low heat to bring out the aroma.
2. Add chopped onion to 1 and heat until golden brown.
3. Add the canned chopped tomatoes to step 2 and simmer over low heat for about an hour.
4. If you like the taste, strain it and it's done.
*You can also use a mixer.
This completes the delicious adult hamburger steak.
