2 apples 2 tablespoons raisins
4 tablespoons butter
2-3 tbsp sugar
A little water A little lemon juice A little nuts A little cinnamon sugar Two paninis
<How to make>
(1) Wash the apples with water, wipe off any moisture with kitchen paper, and cut them into eight pieces.
(2) Wash the raisins and wipe them dry.(3) Heat a Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium heat, and add the apples. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turning them over with chopsticks.
(4) Once the mixture is browned, add the raisins and nuts, water, lemon juice, and sugar and bring to a simmer.
(5) Meanwhile, heat the lid of the Dutch oven and heat the panini until browned on both sides.
(6) Top the warm panini with apples, raisins and nuts, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and it's done!
