150cc milk
1 clove of garlic Consommé to taste Parmesan to taste A little white wine Salt and black pepper to taste

    <How to make>

    (1) Heat butter in a Dutch oven and sauté the chopped garlic.
    (2) Once the aroma comes out, add the onion, carrot, and clams, and stir fry with a little white wine.
    (3) Once cooked, add the rice, water, milk and consomme and mix well.
    (4) Once boiling, add the Parmesan cheese, grating it with a cheese grater.
    (5) Mix well and when the rice is cooked to your desired consistency, season with salt and black pepper and serve in serving bowls.
    (6) After plating, top with grated Parmesan and greens to your liking and it's done!
