This filling ajillo can be enjoyed as a side dish or as a snack. It's also delicious when you soak a baguette in it!
It also goes well with sparkling wine.

<material>
・Olive oil - about 1/4 to 1/3 of the container
・One slice of garlic
・1 chili pepper (can also use chili pepper)
・Seafood as much as you like (shrimp, seafood mix, mussels, etc.)
・Vegetables as much as you like (bell peppers, asparagus, young corn, green beans, mushrooms, etc.)
・Salt (to taste)

<How to make> Use a deep Dutch oven
1. Add olive oil to a Dutch oven and add sliced ​​garlic.
2. Cook over low heat, and when the garlic starts to pop, add the chili pepper cut into quarters.
3. When the garlic has turned golden brown, add the seafood. Once everything is cooked, add the vegetables, sprinkle lightly with salt, mix well, and cook the ingredients.
4. Season with salt and serve with the baguette, which has been browned under the lid of the Dutch oven.
