Warm sweets made in a deep pan [Clafoutis]
This time, we will introduce a recipe using the Ductile Deep Pan 24.
This warm dessert, "clafoutis," can be easily made outdoors. It's delicious when cooled, but we recommend eating it warm with vanilla ice cream for a blissful moment.
Ingredients and how to make Clafoutis
*For 24cm deep duct pan
<Ingredients>
1 whole egg (L) 30g granulated sugar
A pinch of salt (less than 1g)
25g plain flour
65g milk
65g fresh cream
American Cherries 100g
A little unsalted butter Vanilla ice cream Powdered sugar Mint
<How to make>
- Add 30g of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt to the eggs and mix well.
- Add the flour to step 1 and mix well.
- Add milk and cream to step 2 and mix well. Keep this mixture chilled.
- Cut the American cherries in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Put a little butter in a dak pan and let it melt, then add 4 and saute in the butter, then turn off the heat.
- Pour the chilled batter into step 5, cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. *Once the batter is cooked through, the surface will harden.
- Serve in serving bowls, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and garnish with vanilla ice cream and mint.
