Pot-au-feu, a salad-like soup made in a ductile pan
This time, we will introduce pot-au-feu, a salad-like soup made in a ductile pan.
Add enough water so that the ingredients are completely submerged.
You can also add coarsely ground black pepper to taste.
Ingredients and Preparation
Used rock ironware: Ductile Pan 22
(Other sizes are possible if you adjust the materials)
<Ingredients>
2 turnips 1/4 cabbage
1/2 carrot
Chinese cabbage 1/5
3 large wieners 1 bay leaf 650cc water
1 consomme A little salt Black pepper to taste
<How to make>
(1) Peel the turnip and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
(2) Cut the cabbage and Chinese cabbage, leaving the core intact except for the root.
(3) Add water, consomme and bay leaves to a frying pan and bring to a boil. Add turnip, cabbage, carrot and Chinese cabbage and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes.
(4) Add the sausages and simmer for 5-6 minutes until the sausage juices come out. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste and it's done!
