Seasonal rice dish [Sanma rice]

We will introduce seasonal rice dishes.
Ingredients for Sanma Rice
・2 Pacific saury
・3 cups of rice
・620cc water
・Kombu (kelp) 5 cm square
・1 tablespoon light soy sauce
・1 teaspoon salt
・Green onion (as needed)
How to make Sanma rice
1. Wash the rice and drain it in a colander 30 minutes before you start cooking.
2. Place the water and kelp in a pot and leave for about 30 minutes.
3. Sprinkle salt ( not included in the ingredients ) on the saury and grill it.
4. Remove the kelp from the pot , add salt and soy sauce, and stir until the salt dissolves.
5. Put rice in the bot and top with the grilled salted saury.
6. Cook uncovered over medium heat until boiling.
7. After 1 minute of boiling, reduce heat to low and cover.
8. After 10 minutes on low heat, turn off the heat and steam for 12 minutes.
9. Remove the lid and sprinkle with green onions.
